Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 10, 2026

Welcome to the website of Pinnacle HTX Law Group PLLC (“Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, including any pages, forms, content, links, intake portals, and features available through pinnaclelawgrouphtx.com.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. About Pinnacle HTX Law Group PLLC

Pinnacle HTX Law Group PLLC is a law firm based in Houston, Texas. The Firm’s principal office is located at:

Pinnacle HTX Law Group PLLC
440 Louisiana St, Ste 900

Houston TX 77002
Phone: (713) 804-9118

Responsible Attorney for Website Content: Nicholas Giles

This website is intended to provide general information about the Firm, its legal services, and personal injury matters.

2. Attorney Advertising Notice

This website may be considered attorney advertising under applicable law and rules of professional conduct.

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of any legal matter. Every case is different, and the outcome of any case depends on the specific facts, evidence, applicable law, insurance coverage, liability issues, damages, defenses, and other circumstances.

3. No Legal Advice

The content on this website is not legal advice. Reading this website, submitting an intake form, calling the Firm, sending an email, sending a text message, or otherwise communicating with the Firm does not create legal advice specific to your situation.

You should not rely on this website as a substitute for legal advice from a licensed attorney who has reviewed the facts of your specific matter.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship Created by Website Use

Your use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Pinnacle HTX Law Group PLLC.

An attorney-client relationship is created only after:

  1. The Firm has reviewed your matter;
  2. The Firm has completed any necessary conflict check;
  3. The Firm has agreed to represent you; and
  4. You and the Firm have signed a written engagement agreement or fee agreement.

Until those steps are completed, you should not consider the Firm to be your attorney.

5. Do Not Submit Confidential or Time-Sensitive Information Until Representation Is Confirmed

Although the Firm provides a website-linked intake form to help evaluate potential matters, you should not submit highly confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information unless necessary for the Firm to evaluate whether it can assist you.

Information submitted through the intake form may be reviewed for conflict-checking, case-screening, and intake purposes. However, submitting information does not mean the Firm has agreed to represent you or that the Firm is responsible for taking action on your behalf.

If your matter involves an urgent deadline, upcoming court date, statute of limitations, expiring claim deadline, insurance deadline, or other time-sensitive issue, you should contact an attorney directly and should not rely solely on submitting an online form.

6. Website Intake Form and Clio Grow Intake Portal

The Firm’s website may link to an online intake form or intake portal hosted through Clio Grow or another third-party platform used by the Firm for prospective-client intake.

Submitting information through the website, intake form, Clio Grow portal, contact form, email, phone call, text message, or any other communication method does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. Submission of an intake form only allows the Firm to receive and review preliminary information to determine whether the Firm may be able to assist you.

The Firm is not obligated to accept your matter merely because you submitted an intake form. The Firm may decline representation for any reason permitted by law, including but not limited to conflicts of interest, jurisdictional issues, deadlines, case type, case facts, availability, or strategic considerations.

You should not assume the Firm represents you unless and until:

  1. The Firm has reviewed your matter;
  2. The Firm has completed any necessary conflict check;
  3. The Firm has agreed to represent you; and
  4. You and the Firm have signed a written engagement agreement or fee agreement.

Until those steps occur, you remain responsible for protecting your own rights, including any deadlines, statutes of limitation, claim deadlines, court dates, insurance deadlines, or other time-sensitive obligations.

7. Communications with the Firm

If you contact the Firm through the website, intake form, Clio Grow portal, email, phone, text message, or another communication method, the Firm may use the contact information you provide to respond to you, follow up with you, request additional information, or evaluate whether the Firm may be able to assist you.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and promptly updating the Firm if your contact information changes.

The Firm does not guarantee that communications sent through the website, online intake form, or third-party platform will be received, reviewed, or responded to within any specific period of time.

8. No Guarantee of Results

The Firm does not guarantee any specific result, settlement, recovery, verdict, or outcome.

Statements on this website about legal services, case types, compensation, insurance claims, negotiation, litigation, or personal injury recovery are general in nature. They should not be interpreted as a promise that your case will have a particular result.

Past results, if any are referenced, do not guarantee future results. Each case depends on its own facts, evidence, applicable law, insurance coverage, liability issues, damages, defenses, and other circumstances.

9. Personal Injury Information Is General

This website may include general information about personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, workplace injuries, wrongful death, insurance claims, medical treatment, damages, and related topics.

This information is provided only for general educational purposes. Personal injury claims are fact-specific, and legal rights may vary depending on the facts, applicable law, available insurance, deadlines, injuries, liability disputes, medical evidence, and other issues.

10. Jurisdiction and Geographic Scope

Pinnacle HTX Law Group PLLC is based in Houston, Texas. The Firm primarily handles matters in Texas unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This website may be accessed from locations outside Texas, but that does not mean the Firm is authorized to practice law in every jurisdiction or that the Firm agrees to represent clients in every location. The Firm does not seek to represent anyone in a jurisdiction where this website does not comply with applicable laws or professional rules.

11. Third-Party Links and Resources

This website may contain links to third-party websites, resources, vendors, platforms, or services. These links are provided for convenience only.

The Firm does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, accuracy, availability, terms of use, or data-handling practices. Accessing a third-party website is at your own risk.

12. Third-Party Platforms, Clio Grow, and Privacy

The Firm may use third-party platforms, including Clio Grow, to receive intake information, communicate with prospective clients, collect documents, and manage prospective-client information.

Your use of any third-party intake portal, form, scheduling tool, payment tool, document upload tool, or communication platform may also be subject to that platform’s own terms, privacy policy, security practices, and data-handling procedures. The Firm does not control every aspect of third-party platform operations.

The Firm’s Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website or intake process may be collected, used, stored, and protected. These Terms and Conditions do not replace the Firm’s Privacy Policy.

13. Website Availability and Accuracy

The Firm makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, laws, procedures, firm information, services, and website content may change.

The Firm does not warrant that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully up to date. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website to:

  1. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  2. Interfere with website security or functionality;
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, systems, forms, accounts, or data;
  4. Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files;
  5. Harass, threaten, or impersonate another person;
  6. Violate any applicable law or regulation; or
  7. Use the website for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

The Firm reserves the right to restrict or block access to the website if misuse is suspected.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, images, page layout, service descriptions, blog posts, articles, videos, forms, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Pinnacle HTX Law Group PLLC unless otherwise stated.

You may view and print website content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, scrape, or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Firm.

16. Privacy Policy

The Firm maintains a separate Privacy Policy that explains how information may be collected, used, stored, shared, and protected. These Terms and Conditions do not replace the Privacy Policy.

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Firm’s Privacy Policy.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle HTX Law Group PLLC, its attorneys, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives are not liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of this website, inability to use the website, reliance on website content, submission of information through the website or intake portal, delay in response, or use of third-party links or platforms.

This limitation applies to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law or professional rules.

18. No Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Firm makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the website, its content, its availability, its accuracy, its security, or its fitness for any particular purpose.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent any dispute arises from or relates to this website or these Terms and Conditions, such dispute shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Firm may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this website unless a different effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms and Conditions are posted means you accept the updated terms.
